It has been my pleasure engaging with many of you that I have authentically connected with. I am currently choosing to redirect all of my blogs to my website and bring completion to this WordPress account. It was born from the question I asked for a year and there has been so much change, growth and transformation that I’d like to continue with dialogue, just on my website now. I am going to give this 1 weeks (July 22) for people to please move over to my new blog home. I have hundreds of readers on this WordPress page that I can not communicate any other way than through here. It is my hope and desire that you follow me. Please join me Shakti’s Blog
If you are on my email list for receiving posts, please visit there as well and sign up to get them. I look forward to growing with all of you. As I said earlier, I have many ideas for what I’d like to do, I just need open dialogue with you to see if that’s something you’d like too.
“If your head can hold an image of it, then your hands can hold the reality of it. If you can visualize it, then you can create it into form.”
“Expect a Miracle”
Dreaming your dreams, Becoming your Dreams, Actualizing your Dreams and Living your Dreams is all a process. As Doreen Virtue stated at the writer’s conference in Maui, I attended this month “It takes 10 years to become an overnight success.” That being said, you don’t want to back away from living your dreams, you just want to recognize that actualizing and manifesting your dreams take a point of view that require sustainability. And that work comes with falling in love with your everyday life. Falling in love with your work, falling in love with your passion and being who you truly BE. What if stepping into who you truly BE is easier than you thought? What if being YOU requires less work rather than more?
Does this sound to good to be true? Does this sound like something that is working for you or against you? What action steps are you afraid to take? What action steps are you unwilling to take to make your dreams a reality? Do you have the drive? Or are you being driven?
Do you have the passion, as well as the compassion, for yourself and others as you find yourself walking on a different side of the street then everyone else? What if standing out IS your contribution to the world?
AND What if these 5 Keys could unlock your manifesting power? Are you willing to break it down and see the path of transformation? Are you willing to do what it takes to become your dreams? Or remain the dreamer being dreamed? If you answered YES then grab your keys and let’s go for a drive down Success Lane.
It’s time to take the ACTION in ACT-ualization.
Key 1 Understanding the difference between Manifesting and Actualization.
Key 2 Knowing when to be silent.
Key 3 Co-creating with the universe.
Key 4 Owning your gifts.
Key 5 Being open and letting go of what you think you know.
Opening the doors to the symphony of possibilities.
Key 1, Is there a difference between Manifesting and Actualization? Yes there is. Manifesting is working with bringing “thought” and “energy” together and working with the “inner world” of manifesting. Actualization is the action generated from an idea. Without the action, you will only have ideas without any completion. . Have you ever experienced that before? I’m sure you have, we all let ideas wash away due to the lack of follow through. As Bob Proctor says, “If your head can hold an image of it, then your hands can hold the reality of it. If you can visualize it, then you can create it into form.”
Key 2, As Wayne Dyer so eloquently put it decades ago in his book REAL MAGIC, “The Secrets sits in the center that knows.” What is this secret? This secret is the heart-mind. The heart- mind knows everything and is removed from the mind-chatter. Without the silence, music would never be created. Without the silence, inspired action would never be generated. Silence IS the “magic” for this key. Without this magic, you have nothing to generate and create. Without this moment of inspiration, your ego thinks it knows everything and creates nothing.
Key 3, Co-creating with the universe. We are in partnership with the universe. A dance of the heart, where one foot is dancing in the Divine and the other foot is dancing here on earth. I like to see manifesting as an ethereal aspect of weaving the energies of thought and form into union. Where as, Intention is the seed planted, where then the energy has to water it and give it life to actualize into a fruit. Co-creating is a dance between these two places. The intention is a powerful driver. Manifesting is a quality of the universe, dancing the pieces together, as the universe orchestrates everything to be perfectly aligned, creating the symphony of possibilities.
What if it doesn’t feel aligned? What if there’s dead end after dead end? Or worse, what if there’s failure and only fear showing up for you? When this happens, the mind-chatter has disconnected with the heart-mind. The heart mind IS the driver, not the mind chatter. The head mind only knows past and future stories. The heart-mind KNOWS awareness and is present to what is in each moment. If you are confused about the heart-mind and what it is, then it’s time to take a look at what IS working to realign with those forces. What’s right about this situation you are not seeing? What’s right about YOU that you are not getting? When you feel trapped in the wrongness of who you are, then your tendency will be to remain looking for the evidence to prove you right.
Key 4, Owning your Gifts. That’s right, without YOU taking the drivers seat and becoming your own expert on what you do and declare as your “gifts”, you will remain stuck in the back seat of your life. Worse yet, everyone else will be driving you around and you will feel like your life is passing you by. What if you owned your calling? What if your path to success starts with you stating the obvious? And what is the obvious? The obvious is knowing what your calling is in this moment. Not 10 years ago. Not last year, but today. What is your heart-mind whispering to you today? Has it been on a broken record? Or is it new? Is it clear? Is it muddled? What are you here for? And when do you think you will be ready to take ACTION?
Key 5, Being open and letting go of what you think you know. In other words, “Expect it when you least expect it.” Or another way of putting it is, “If you think you know, Let it go.” Life usually ends up not looking the way you have painted it in your mind. Day dreaming is wonderful and necessary, however when it comes to making your footprints in the actual pavement of “REALITY” most people will say it was a different experience getting there. The how we get somewhere is going to be completely on how attached you are to the outcome. The more you let the outcome create itself from a universal knowing, the more doors of possibilities will open for you. What if the possibilities of actualizing your dreams really could come true? What if you could do it with total ease? What if the fruits of your calling are sweet, delicious and abundant? Are you willing to choose this?
So what makes stepping into ACT-ion bring about actualization? There’s momentum in action. This energy talked about above is a perpetual flow of transmitted energy and is continuously working for you, no matter what. There’s power in co-creating with the universe. EVEN if it FEELS like the wrong action. It’s still action.
Are you willing to choose the ACTION necessary to ripen the fruits of your dreams? How badly do you wish for your dreams to come true? How much are you living in the wrong dream and wish to change this? And what is stopping you?
What if you standing in your greatness was an invitation for the rest of the world to join you? What if that invitation was the only missing ingredient to actualizing your dreams? Are you willing to choose your greatness? Or are you comfortable staying with your wrongness? Or worse yet, your smallness? What would happen if you stepped into your dreams and actualize them? Are you ready to be YOU in the world of possibilities and live your dreams? If you answered YES, I believe you. Welcome home!

There are times when life is kind of like a flood. You get washed away and there’s no traction to hold on to anything. I have wanted to update, share, encourage, inspire and more. I will explain and then some. Please enjoy the ride here, I have much to tell and hang in till the end. A year is a lot of catch up.
I have really wanted to give you an update with what happens when you ask this question “What would someone who loves themselves do?” I stepped into a new life on year two. Year one was all about discovering what it would be like (and then some) and year 2 was all about making the changes of what happened in year one. It was a very “take charge of change” kind of year.
In August last year, I went to a personal retreat called the “Happiness Retreat” and it was life changing. It was the beginning of understanding boundaries for the first time. It was really knowing how to separate “What’s mine and what’s yours”. Which then led to the choice of change.
Rewiring my brain. Didn’t even know that existed and now that seems to be all that I have done. I made a decision that I had it within my abilities to undo many of the patterns that kept me frozen and stuck. My limbic system was evident of that. From August – October I did EMDR. It’s a type of brain rewiring. And then I got a really big gift sent my way. It was on EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) with Nick Ortner. I decided to take a leap and try something that I hated for the last 8 years. I had been introduced to EFT with my first son the year he was born. I never thought I’d get past what happened. Because he was so alert and sensitive his first year, I was unable to apply the tapping while he was sleeping on my body. The vibration of it would wake him up, leaving me feeling like I was held hostage. I never wanted try it again. Then one day, Wayne Dyer introduced his friend Nick Ornter with the Tapping Solution. I was curious enough to try it and I am so grateful I did! I was completely surprised how given a different approach on the same subject made a difference. From October January I did a lot of EFT. It was amazing how effective it was on releasing the hooks and charges in my body. I got very very clear that my goal was emotional freedom. Not only was it my goal, it was working. Tapping is like having a magic wand in your finger. It is VERY cool.
I became really good at knowing the difference between reaction and resilience. I found myself freeing my body and mind up in ways I never knew possible. I have many many profound stories that I will share over time. Each one has helped many and inspired many. I just needed this time in my life to go inward and find the breakthroughs. There were so many. I was freed in so many ways I can’t say enough how absolutely magnificent things have changed. With my family and with all of my PTSD’s that I have carried. It’s like for every PTSD I had, 3 babies of PTSD’s were born. I was feeling like my world was getting smaller and smaller. That has all changed.
In January, I went to Maui to see Wayne Dyer give a conference on Forgiveness. There were many speakers that gave life changing points of view for me. Each speaker had their own message of healing for me. I will share these as well. By not having been on here for a while, I found it hard knowing how to jump back in without being weird that I was missing in action. I didn’t have a way of being open with the dialogue without sharing all the details.
I was able to fly on a plane with ease. I had great health on that trip (which was my biggest concern for my adrenals.) I never experienced any winter SAD that I have in the last 10 years. I was even able to travel to Florida with my family a week after my trip to Maui. I hadn’t been in 8 years and my father in law was begging me to come. He wanted to know if I could just drink enough wine to get there…”please will you just come”. I had so much PTSD from the trip 8 years ago I was so afraid to go. It was a success (minus the major panic attack that happened driving from West Palm Beach airport to Fort Lauderdale. Also, the airport leaving the kids car seats in Baltimore Maryland and driving the kids in Miami without any seats after a 22 hr day didn’t bode well with me or my nerves. I definitely lost it when I got to the car rental place for the seats).
As I crossed into the 2 year anniversary of this question I can see just how much change took place from year one to year two. Even though I didn’t ask the question daily the 2nd year, I was able to have a very different experience of what a living practice of Self-love looks like. It doesn’t look glamorous from the outside. It doesn’t look glamorous from the inside either, however what it does look like is resiliency. Choices made came from a very different place. There was also a devouring of new information, teachers, books, etc.
In June, I was very fortunate to have been able to go back to Maui. Yes, twice in one year is miraculous seeing I haven’t ever been before. I went to a writer’s conference with Wayne Dyer, Doreen Virtue, Nancy Levine and Reid Tracey. It was amazing. There were 500 writers in one room and the brilliance was beyond words. I learned so much and no stone was unturned. I have great clarity and that is where I come to you today.
I spent a lot of time building a relationship with all of my readers. And when I began working on my book (and raising a 2-year-old and 7-year-old) I found myself in a bind. I was losing my ability to be engaged with both avenues. I was only able to find the time for my book. It was a lot of editing and a lot of re editing and then more editing. This left me with little creative energy for my blog. Lesson learned. And I promise with this book there will be a lot more communication. I may even be asking for help with stories to share.
You are who I am writing this for. I choose to deliver to you what you desire to read. Without you, I have no one to inspire. I know that what I have learned has the ability to change someone’s life. I know that my stories mean something to more than just me. The tools I have picked up are invaluable. There is a lot of wisdom that has come through me. It is not mine, it’s in the universal language of healing that is for people who need the strength that I have carried.
In my awareness, I felt like I appeared hot and cold here, I was feeling bad that I was unable to be present with communicating my whereabouts. After all, I was in some form of coaching, therapy, or counseling for 3-4 days a week. It was a time for me to really change my reaction to the way everything came to me and start learning resiliency. And I did. Boy did I ever. It is very peaceful (for the most part) in my home. I still get angry and disregulated at times, but I am not disassociated as much (maybe once a week and sometimes once a month, as opposed to everyday). As I said, it was a time for breakthroughs- Breaking through the habits, breaking through the fears and illusions, breaking through the anger and resentment. Most of all, it was about learning how to be with me.
I am currently working on another book. It is something very special as I had a huge epiphany in Maui with it. I thought it was from the last 2 years. In fact, it is from the last 30 years. I will spend time sharing these stories from Maui over the next few weeks. It is summertime, and I will do my best to have some kind of schedule and discipline. With the kids out of school it’s not so straight forward. I may have to get up at 5 am…egads.
My Biggest Wish
It is without a doubt that coming here and writing to my audience that have taken an interest in my journey, means a lot to me. What would mean more for me is to be able to build a solid relationship with you, one full of dialogue, surveys, questions and more questions. I want to know what you would like me to write about. Your interests, the people who influence you the most. Whether you would rather do a teleconference with me on subjects that we can survey with. Whether you would like for me to have videos of simple exercises for bringing emotional freedom into your life. Ways to handle stress, ways to be creative, ways to manifest money and abundance, free classes (1 only or a series of 4 or 2 or 8). ARe you moms, are you young, seniors, been on a long healing journey or are new and stuck and seeking a new way of moving on. I am asking for feedback. I am asking for connection. I am asking so that I can share my stories that directly relate to your interest. I’d like to know if you’d like me to be interviewing others or having me be interviewed. I have had several offers and haven’t jumped into that quite yet. I will soon.
Are you interested in doing new moon calls with letters to the universe? We can do a brainstorming mastermind class. I am great at creating. Creating and healing. We can do calls for intuitive healings. I have a dear friend that does amazing hypnosis. We can do a call for any subject to get help with in your life. Would you like it in a private group/class or like a radio show. Meditations. Whatever you are looking for, let me cater it for you and build it with you. This is SO important to me. AND I choose for it to be fun and joyful.
There are so many ways for us to build a relationship and open dialogue. I can not do it alone. When I ask questions or have surveys, it is my hope that they mean something to you so I may bring value into your life. I am at the threshold of a new world here on my blog. After my writer’s conference (of which there is a contest in December for the winner to be published with Hay House publishing company) I was VERY clear that having a well established large platform matters to get published. I am in the process of creating that now.
My Facebook pages are being revamped over the next couple of weeks. I am combining my art, my blog and my website all in one. It matters apparently to publishing companies and agents to have thousands of LIKES on my Facebook page. I currently have 170. Hmmmm……what would it take to change that? Here is the link. Please if you have not connected with me on Facebook I am there a lot. I love posting quotes I write. I love sharing snippets of my family. My poetry. I love knowing more about you. Please take a moment and click here and LIKE my page and share and share and share. Sharing is Caring, right?
Finally, what if this became a family? You are my tribe. If you have connected with me, then you are one of my people. 🙂 What if I was able to create a brilliant place for us to contribute to one another? What if learning how to live a life of joy was easy? What if my courage and my words brought new awareness into your life and created more living for you? Please join me in this journey of being who you truly BE. I am walking into my fearlessness and it would be nice to know that you will catch me. What else is possible?
“Life does not play tricks on you. Your mind does.”
Only when we know better, do we do better. Does emotional freedom exist? Do you believe that your mind is separate from who you really are? Or do you believe that you are your mind? These are pivotal life changing questions to be asking yourself. If life follows you and your words (and even your thoughts), then perhaps being in the driver’s seat matters.
Where do we begin? Someday’s sitting with your thoughts and your mind becomes toxic in and of itself. We rely on our mind. We believe our thoughts and we often get carried away far too much on a daily basis. How is it then that we unhook our thoughts? Here are a 10 techniques that will help.
1) Investigate…take a look at your thought. Is it true? Is it really really true? How do you know it’s true? Where in your life can you say it’s true and not true. Look, really look to see how it’s not true. Even if it’s one example, because if there’s one, there will be more to follow.
2) Look at the belief. Ask yourself, “Who told me this about myself?” Was it a parent, a teacher, a sibling, society, or yourself? When you see who put that belief in you perhaps it isn’t yours. Let it go.
3) Pema Chodron once said, “Don’t believe everything you think.” Give it a go and see what happens next.
4) Life is our friend. Choose to see it that way. Make the intention that the universe if for you, not against you. And when that happens, you can say yes more. Words/thoughts are powerful and if you choose the negative ones, you get to witness them all day long. What is the positive intention in your suffering? What is the positive intention in your negative thoughts. Ask them and they will answer you.
5) Love what arises. Make friends with all your thoughts. Embrace them with 100% enthusiasm, no matter how sarcastic or sadistic they are. Commit 100% for rejoicing in who that voice is and see what happens next. When you offer love, the outcome has only one way to go.
6) Our external world appears in form. Forms appear as objects that we own or don’t own. We can take them or leave them, but we identify with them outside of ourselves as something that we acquire. Our thoughts are forms as well, but we don’t realize it. We can choose to own them or not. We can choose to leave them behind or not. When we see that our emotional life is no different from the physical life, freedom awaits. Learn to surrender your thoughts. Ego creates your suffering but your spiritual self knows really who you are. Listen to that voice instead.
7) Learn techniques to assist in reprogramming your mind.
Meditation for some, is really helpful in this. There are a variety of different ways of learning. Just start.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a tapping of meridian points that liberates our well-being in profound ways and works really well.
EMDR is another kind of re patterning of the brain (neural pathways). If you have built-in wiring from childhood traumas, this is a technique that will create a new matrix of thought forms and give emotional freedom.
8) Drop into prayer. Simple prayers are very affective. Here are a few to try out.
Help me loving universe. Help me to surrender my thoughts that I feel out of control with.
Please heal my perspective of ______. Thank you.
Please uplift my spirit and bring joyful expression in my words and thoughts today.
Help me release my sadness or grief or fears today so I may live in divine love and divine grace.
How may I be of service today. Help me help others.
9) Fear knocked at the door, Faith Answered, no one was there. Build up your faith muscles. Start small and go from there. Take windows of your day to practice this. Each mini success you have, it will build on the bigger picture of your life.
10) Begin to allow yourself to have new thoughts. Create an allowing journal. Allow yourself to love. Allow yourself to be gentle and soft with yourself. Allow yourself to ask for help. Allow yourself to allow. Spend 10 minutes in your journal writing all the things you will allow in your life today.
MAKE a Choice today. Do you want to join the “Chain of well- being” or do you want to remain in the “Chain of pain”?
You may think you are the only one suffering when you choose to live in the chain of pain, but it isn’t true. The interdependence follows you. All those around you can be sucked into your world or you can uplift them around you and “entrain” them into your “Chain of well-being” and see how humanity shifts as you make your personal choices. I didn’t say it would be easy, but then again that is another choice, isn’t it?
Whatever comes after the words “I AM”…..follows you. Not only does it follow you but it expands and grows. How do you choose to expand and grow today?
“People have a hard time letting go of their suffering. Out of fear of the unknown, they prefer suffering that is familiar.”
Thich Nhat Hanh
This view of ours. This perception of ours. We claim it as our truth. We believe it. We share our views. Sometimes on a soap box, and others quiet and intimate. Never for a moment, thinking what we see or speak of is false information. As children we are talking parrots regurgitating what we learn. We start out life in a place of acceptance of all until we begin thinking for ourselves.
This wake up call. Waking us up. Our memory, our views, our beliefs. We live in many layers and many veils. Non of them are true and all of them are true. They are all true in our moments of paradigms. They are all true in our vibration. Our vibration….not others, but ours. Our vibration is NOT everyone’s. Everyone lives in their own vibration. SO truly, it is a bubble that we all live in. To pop our bubble, would be shattering for some and liberating for others.
Life is perceived in consciousness’. Because of this, it is IMPOSSIBLE to see it ALL, in our views. We will be seeing it muddled or a puddle of “OTHERS”. Our parents voice in our head, our spouses voices in our heads, our children’s voices in our heads. None of these silent our mind so that we may see “Just who we are”.
This is truly what enlightenment is. Understanding, and separating out the concepts of all the “truths” that are out there and not believing that you are any of them. Not believing that there is a clinging of any of them. . The “I” no longer runs or dictates in a way that holds separate views. We break free of old patterns, habits and beliefs. How many times have you had just enough of a crack in your perception that opens a new door to a whole new way of seeing? Unfortunately, this whole new way of seeing is yet again, another “platform of duality”. Sometimes we will have profound moments that we may really believe that what we are experiencing is our true self. Most often than not, when this happens, it is non-conceptual. And even then, the Buddha I’m sure will have a teaching and say, that this is not enlightenment. Even if it FEELS like it is. There are so many subtle layers to get to enlightenment, we can only aspire to attain it, unless we strip our external lives apart and retreat for years with guidance and a map of how to attain enlightenment. For the rest of us, who do we rely on with our map? Who is guiding us? If the answer is no one, then consider finding someone to bring inspiration and a path into your daily life. Suffering is often viewed as a dog chasing its own tail. Don’t be THAT dog.
I have had the opportunity to meet several enlightened beings. To be in their world, in their mandala, is remarkable. You feel ageless, timeless and have a tremendous amount of inner peace. Of course, I am sure if they wanted me to dive deep into some habits that needed breaking, my stuff would have easily come up. But that happens usually AFTER I have spent time with them.
My point to all of this jibber jabber is, try to soften your views, letting go of what you think is “right” or what you think is “true”. The ego does it’s best to win. The ego does it’s best to not be a team player. When this happens, you don’t allow new possibilities, new views. And as a whole, non of us culturally see that we are truly in the same boat. Everyone has labeled their own boats making sure that there is separation everywhere. And we are as barbaric as we all began. Now it’s just sugar-coated with the finer things that money can buy.
As we head into fall, the days get darker and for some, this means that they feel the heaviness, the darkness, the aloneness. This is especially true for me. Ever since living in the Northwest, my years of feeling the effects of daylight savings and my mind crumbling in on itself seem to go hand in hand.
This post is a gentle reminder to go easy on yourself. Be gentle, kind and patient as you take the inward journey of seeing your light. It may feel a bit brighter as you see it and scare you, or it may bring you the relief you have been waiting for. Which ever it is, fall is a decomposing time of the year. Grief is in the air as the summer dies away and brings the harsher weather for many. Of course, you may be living on another continent and are emerging from the darkness into the light bringing renewed growth. For me, this has been a tough week. I find myself weeping more, feeling more and on edge more. The edge of my breakthroughs, the edge of my veils, the edge of my light burning brighter and maybe burning me up a little. I am doing my best to look for solutions, be moment to moment and accept what is, forgive more and let go and allow more.
What is inspiration? It is being in spirit. What is bringing in the spirit? It is your breath. Breathing is taken for granted. It literally is something we can do without thinking. We can do it in our sleep, in a coma and even when we are in panic.
It won’t be the first time you forget that this is one of the most important aspects of living. Without breath, we can not live. Without living, we are dead. However, what level of living are you expecting in your life? Treading water? Suffocating? Thriving? Are you happy with the level of life support you sustain in right now?
What forms the breath? It is a subtle kind of wind that moves through us. Consciousness is another form of wind that moves through us until we die and then passes out of our bodies. Does that mean our breath is consciousness? Does that mean breathing literally is the aspect of who we are? Are they inseparable?
Now, let’s look at wind. What is wind? It is an element of energy and force that come together to make movement. Wind is no different then our breath. What is moving the wind? It’s another subtle form of energy that I suspect matches that of consciousness. So does that mean, the winds around us are alive? Does it mean that all forms of consciousness are surrounding us? We are therefore existing in a vortex (or a hologram) of subtle energies that move outside, inside, and literally in a secret form of all that is.
What does this have to do with life? Breath? Living? It means that every level of being, exists in some kind of consciousness. Therefore, every action you take is measured in some aspect of consequences. Karmic seeds are planted on every realm of existence. This literally creates your life.
You are born from consciousness. A seed grows through the energy and forces of subtle winds and creates a human. That energy is connected to you at every level of your being. In that observation, allow yourself to live consciously. Allow yourself to become the winds of reality. Let life move you in the direction you are meant to grow. There isn’t any need to resist what is.
Just like in nature, life grows naturally. Resistance doesn’t exist. Energy flows around and allows nature to just exist in a state of natural bliss. Haven’t you noticed when you are in nature, you get fueled by “oxygen” and “inspired” by nature’s presence. At the top of a mountain, you gain vast perspective and are fueled with greater awareness in spirit and in consciousness.
By a bubbling brook, or a water fall, you are filled with energy. You are filled with “life”. You are filled with renewal (which oxygen brings us in great quantities).
Walking in a meadow of flowers, a garden, a rainbow of colors. All healing aspects filling your visual, your sensory of smell and allowing your body to align with the natural energies of life. We find we relax more, we are at peace more and we can allow ourselves to just rest in our natural state. Oxygen is a powerful form of healing, because it is a form of consciousness.
All these levels of consciousness help us be alive. They help us align back to our natural state of bliss. When the stress of life is catching you in a mouse trap, look for the winds of all kinds. Look to see where your consciousness can be fueled.
Your mind and your spirit are what sustain the body. Without these forms of winds, we would be dead. These are what keep us going. How do you want to sustain them? How do you want to move in life? Find ways to keep allowing yourself to open and remain balanced so spirit can continue to live inside in ways that bring expansion, awareness, growth, bliss and inspiration.
You never know what the subtle winds are calling you to do. Someone once said, “If today was the first day of the rest of your life, what would you choose to be?” Make it the most important day of your life, because it is literally the only day of your life. Today is now. Tomorrow is not here, and yesterday is already gone and too late to be something else, since you have already planted those karmic seeds.
All these seeds lie dormant until the ripening of them occur. And you never know which life time they will sprout.
Feed your mind spirit. Drink it in like an elixir. Be inspired as often as you can and fuel your mind. It literally is what is keeping you alive right now. Breath is your master. Breath is your life force. Make a difference in your life today. Live magically, live consciously and allow yourself to live with love inside. Divine love surrounds you in the vast world of all that is. What more can we ask for? It seems like bliss is already here, just allow it.
18 years ago I met a man named Jacob Liberman. I didn’t know him but I experienced a profound understanding within a few short days of our encounter. He shared an incredible story with me about a patient he had.
Jacob Liberman is an eye doctor and author of Take off Your Glasses and See. And many years prior to our meeting he had a woman come for an exam. If I recall correctly, she was brown eyed and had brown hair. She was inebriated for her exam. She was loud and brash. While he was examining her something miraculous happened. Apparently she suffered from a multiple personality disorder, perhaps DID (I don’t remember). Anyway, Jacob witnessed while examining her, the moment her personality changed, and in THAT moment she went from brown eyes to blue eyes. Her personality changed as well. She was no longer drunk, she was quiet and well mannered.
A story I have never forgotten. He said he began asking questions. He wanted to understand how the space from one moment to the next could be so dramatically different. How did it manifest? How is this possible? We spent hours talking about it. I was fascinated, because at this time in my life I was experiencing unique things as well.
I believe there is a “gap” between moments that are strung together. These gaps are where perspective changes. A shift in some aspect of the mind creates a whole different reality. I feel these “gaps” are where we manifest. Perhaps in perfect consciousness there is a moment where ego doesn’t exist and then is born within the next moment, creating appearance. All appearance is illusion based, perceived with eye conciseness. The yogi’s that meditate in the caves for 30+ years know this and experience these illusions of mere appearance. Examples are putting a hand through a wall, flying, seeing what is “in-between worlds” and spontaneous healing.
The mind tricks us as it is anchored in thought. What we think is only from our own perception of ego. We all know it continuously changes. For example when we have those Ah ha moments. That moment wasn’t there until it reveals itself. Perfect consciousness is a mirror reflecting unto itself. So my question to you today is “What do you want to see?”. What thoughts can you perceive differently if you choose to see differently?
Remember, my definition of magic is ” The illusion of what is real and what is not real”. It lies between these two worlds. It is what I have named “The GAP”. Look for the miracle today within those 2 wolrds. You will find it, when you take off your glasses to see.
Thank you Jacob for being an incredible teacher in my life. I will never forget our encounter. It was very magical.
